 Glenn Yarmeak , Finance and Accounting
Glenn joined The Brenner Group in 1997, and has more than 25 years of financial management experience in hardware and semiconductor manufacturing, process manufacturing and software development firms.
Glenn has served as a successful Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for companies ranging from pre-IPO stage to public companies with $350 million in annual revenue. His extensive public company experience includes international operations, debt and equity placements and SEC reporting as well as systems implementation and conversions. Glenn has recently authored SEC reports and implemented FAS123(R) for public companies. Specific public company experience includes Tvia, Micromuse, Trimble Navigation, C-Cube, Hewlett Packard, and AXYS Pharmaceuticals.
Glenn also has a proven track record of financial procedures development and implementation, cost systems re-design and acquisitions management.
Prior to joining The Brenner Group, Glenn held Corporate and Division Controller positions at AXENT Technologies (acquired by Symantec), Software Logistics, Harte Hanks Communications and XA Systems. He was also Corporate Accounting Manager for Netframe Systems. Glenn received his M.B.A. in Finance from Golden Gate University and a B.S. degree in Accounting and Management from Robert Morris University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in California.
