Since 1987, The Brenner Group has provided Interim Executive Management and Financial Advisory Services to hundreds of emerging companies, as well as those in transition.
We are continually looking for qualified professionals in the following areas:
CFOs: You are highly experienced with information systems, banking, lines of credit, lease lines, raising equity funds and human resource issues. You possess solid working relationships with venture capitalists, attorneys and accounting firms. Of critical importance is your ability to consult to boards of directors, give direction to the CEO and manage teams.
Controllers: Your primary role as a consulting Controller is to advise and then implement the day-to-day financial operations of the client. Hands-on knowledge of accounting and computer systems as well as a minimum of five years of experience is required. Auditing experience is desired.
CEOs: You will assist management teams in the development, revision and execution of business plans within start-up, high-growth and turn-around situations either as a mentor to their executive team or as an interim CEO. Your ability to provide sound, objective and focused guidance as well as your proven experience in building organizational teams is a key requirement. CEO experience within early stage and turn-around companies is a must. Disciplined, large company experience is a plus.
